Standardising Registration Forms Across 20+ Nestlé Markets
NestléFrom 2021 to 2023, I worked as a Front-End Development Specialist on Nestlé’s global CIAM program, building and standardising registration and consent flows used across 20+ markets. I standardised 300+ multilingual forms for brands like Nespresso, Maggi, and Purina, strengthened GDPR compliance, and worked with frontend, legal, data, and brand partners.
The Challenge
Nestlé needed to roll out consistent registration and consent flows across multiple international markets, but faced fragmented implementations, inconsistent UX, and varying GDPR compliance levels. Each market was building forms independently, leading to duplicated effort, integration issues, and compliance risks.
My Role
- Built and refined web registration forms and consent flows for markets across EMEA and Asia.
- Standardised multilingual registration and consent forms on SAP Customer Data Cloud.
- Supported GDPR-compliant data flows and consent logic in the frontend patterns.
- Handled UI translations so consent wording stayed accurate across locales.
- Worked with CRM, data, brand, and engineering partners on requirements and timelines.
- Wrote technical specs, reviewed implementations, and kept documentation current.
What I Did
- Created reusable frontend UI patterns for SAP Screen-Sets to improve consistency.
- Clarified consent-flow behaviour with technical, legal, and brand partners.
- Improved localisation workflows, reducing translation errors.
- Introduced clearer API, testing, and delivery guidelines.
- Shared checklists and templates with agencies to keep Screen-Set work consistent.
- Identified and resolved issues early to improve performance.

Results
- Delivered 300+ multilingual web forms across 20+ markets, improving UX and reducing duplicated effort.
- GDPR compliance improved with unified consent and data-handling processes.
- Integration issues decreased across CMS, Screen-Sets, and backend systems.
- Market rollouts accelerated with reusable components and clearer processes.
What I Learned
Standardization matters at scale. Reusable UI patterns and clear shared guidelines helped forms stay consistent across markets while keeping GDPR requirements in view.
