Responsibilities as a Project Manager
I designed comprehensive Computer Science programs covering a broad spectrum of topics, including Computing, Programming, Mathematics, Statistics, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, Bash, SQL, LaTeX, R, and more. I organized and optimized the learning environments, coordinated program staff, recruited new lecturers, and developed targeted learning resources to effectively engage students with key concepts and principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing the Computer Science programs to ensure that it meets all UK academic requirements

- Monitoring students’ progress and well-being throughout the program and providing regular feedback to help them develop
Responsibilities as a Lecturer
Teaching in the pre-Bachelor's module "Computer Science Ecosystems", I delivered lectures, in-person and remotely, on various technical subjects. From web development languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to data manipulation with SQL and R, my goal was been to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of computer science tools and principles.
Main Focus and Challenges
My main focus lied in leadership, project management, and ensuring the quality of education. Upholding UK standards while adapting to the needs of a diverse student body presents both technical and logistical challenges, but it also provided opportunities for innovation and collaboration.
Innovation and Partnerships
The partnership between Lancaster University and Navitas Group, an Australian global education provider offering pre-university and university programs, enables Lancaster to leverage combined expertise in education, innovate in curriculum design, teaching methodologies, and learning resources, and provide students with a cutting-edge education that prepares them for success in the global tech industry.
Conclusion
Leading this project has provided me with invaluable experience in managing complex educational programs, balancing UK academic standards with the unique requirements of a diverse and international student body. Throughout this project, I hired new staff members, delivered lectures, managed administrative tasks, and led a team of dedicated professionals, all of which enhanced my leadership and project management skills. I learned the importance of adaptability in teaching methods, the value of strong partnerships, and how to innovate within educational frameworks to better prepare students for the evolving demands of the global tech industry.
