Between 2023 and 2024, as Technical Project Manager at Lancaster University Leipzig (via Navitas), I ran two UK-accredited Computer Science programs, standardised delivery across seven lecturers, and raised student satisfaction from 50% to 90%.

- 90%Studentsatisfaction
- 55Studentstaught
- 7Lecturersled
- 2CSprograms

## The Challenge

The programs had fragmented processes, inconsistent delivery across modules, and low student satisfaction (50%). There was no standardized planning or documentation, and lecturers weren't coordinating well, which created operational gaps and delivery risk.

## My Role

Honest title: Programme Lead (Technical Project Manager). Structure and consistency for programs that were running on fragmented processes: shared standards, delivery across seven lecturers, clearer communication.

- Owned delivery for two UK-accredited Computer Science programs with seven lecturers.
- Owned planning cycles, teaching schedules, documentation, and weekly delivery reviews.
- Ensured alignment with UK academic standards and German regulatory requirements.
- Optimised digital workflows across Moodle, Microsoft 365, and shared content repositories.

## What I Did

- Set up structured planning, handover, and collaboration processes.
- Standardised assessments, grading criteria, and course documentation across modules.
- Built digital processes for assignments, feedback, and coordination between lecturers.
- Improved communication and reduced inconsistencies between modules.
- Created clearer documentation and aligned learning outcomes.

## Results

- Student satisfaction increased from 50% to 90% in one academic cycle.
- Delivery became more consistent with standardised planning and documentation.
- Operational gaps between lecturers were reduced.
- Learning outcomes and assessments aligned with UK academic standards.

## What I Learned

Structured processes, clear ownership, and proactive communication make a real difference. When I introduced planning cycles and documentation standards, the team's coordination improved significantly and student satisfaction increased substantially in one academic cycle.
